What does the 50-year workmanship warranty cover?
The installation itself — if a workmanship defect causes a problem, we come back and make it right. It's our name on the roof for the long haul.
How is that different from the manufacturer warranty?
Manufacturer warranties cover the materials; workmanship warranties cover the install. Most roof failures are installation failures — which is why the workmanship side matters most and why so few companies offer 50 years of it.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?
Warranty registration and transfer terms are confirmed in writing with your contract — and a documented transferable warranty is a genuine selling point for your home.
What voids a roof warranty?
Unrelated trades walking the roof, pressure washing shingles, unauthorized modifications, and unreported storm damage are the usual culprits. We spell it all out in plain English before you sign.
