A 50-Year Workmanship Warranty

Anyone can promise quality. We put a 50-year workmanship warranty behind it — because after 60,000+ roofs since 1992, we know exactly how ours hold up.

Two Layers of Protection

What Stands Behind Your Roof

50-Year Workmanship Coverage

The installation is warranted by us, in writing, for 50 years. If our work fails, we fix it — that's the whole clause.

Registered Manufacturer Warranties

As an Owens Corning Preferred Partner with ShingleMaster, IKO RoofPro, and Malarkey certifications, we register extended material warranties most installers can't offer.

Straight Answers

Warranty Questions, Answered

What does the 50-year workmanship warranty cover?

The installation itself — if a workmanship defect causes a problem, we come back and make it right. It's our name on the roof for the long haul.

How is that different from the manufacturer warranty?

Manufacturer warranties cover the materials; workmanship warranties cover the install. Most roof failures are installation failures — which is why the workmanship side matters most and why so few companies offer 50 years of it.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my home?

Warranty registration and transfer terms are confirmed in writing with your contract — and a documented transferable warranty is a genuine selling point for your home.

What voids a roof warranty?

Unrelated trades walking the roof, pressure washing shingles, unauthorized modifications, and unreported storm damage are the usual culprits. We spell it all out in plain English before you sign.
